WHILE I CAN accept the cheesy tenuous link between the headline "EDAM WELL DID IT" and the fact that Dave Binning's charity fundraiser was done in Cheddar Gorge (CM September),! don't understand the significance of the photograph accompanying the story.
Neither Cheddar nor Edam, it is definitely*Emmenthar in the picture—according to the mouse on my laptop.
