Joint marketing man for BRS and SPD

SALES and marketing director Df British Road Services, Richard Lovell, has been apjointed to the same position mith SPD Group. He retains his BRS responsibilities.
SPD Group was acquired from Unilever by the National Freight Consortium at the beginning of this year.
Mr Lovell, who joined BRS in August 1981, will carry out his responsibilities with both NEC subsidiaries from the headquarters of BRS at Bedford and SPD's head office in Watford.
Previous sales director with SPD, Hywel Davies, has joined Mory Group, one of France's largest transport operators, as international development director.
He will be responsible for the development of all of the group's interests outside France and will be based in London. Mory has subsidiaries in Europe, Africa, USA and the Far East.
