1. Abolition of Unlawful Act Manslaughter (where the defendant is killed during the course of an unlawful act—it is not usua6, applicable to corporate cases).
2. A new offence to replace Involuntary Manslaughter. No details are specified yet, and comment is invited. 3. Gross Negligence and Recklessness to be replaced by the requirement that the accused's conduct "fell seriously and significantly below what could reasonably have been demanded of him".
4. The criteria in point 3 should be applied to corporations as well as individuals.
5. The same law of manslaughter that applies to individuals should apply to corporations.
