• Normandy Ferries can now accommodate self-drive vehicles land vehicles which can be driven, such as excavators and mobile cranes) with an all-up weight of up to 22 tons on the new Southampton /Lisbon roll-on /roll-off ferry. When the service was inaugurated in November terminal arrangements at Lisbon were such that loads exceeding 15 tons could not be disembarked.
