:HINA Motor Bus has ordered more Leyland Victory 2 doubleleckers for its Hong Kong services.
The £1.5m order calls for 70 of the Gardner 6LXB-engined ront-engine chassis, all of which will be delivered next year. They will be fitted with Alexander bodies and will join 40 imilar vehicles due this year. The first of that batch entered ervice last month.
CMB has also bought 50 ex-London Transport Daimler leetlines which will replace the Leyland PD3s which have given ;ood service in the Crown Colony.
