Designed specifically for multi-drop distribution work, the Localiner is a combination of the sliding-door and curtainsider design with load-bearing curtains attached to short sliding doors at either end. The doors are only 1in thick giving good interior width, and since no buckles or straps are used on the curtains, access to the whole length can be gained very quickly.

The other new model, the Tautliner Load-hugger, is a new variation on the Tautliner design. The roof is made narrower than the floor so that the curtains lie at an angle instead of vertically. No extra sideways load restraint is required because the curtains are load bearing and -hugany load wider than the roof.
