Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Nobody seems to love motorway service areas and I've had a go at them myself from time to time, but I must say a good word for the Hilton Park service area on M6.

I stopped there for the first time recently and despite the lateness of the hour the service was all smiles. But what has prompted me to write this is that, having lost some important domestic keys in the course of the journey concerned, I dropped Hilton Park a line to see if they'd been handed in there. Now, things being what they are these days, I would not have been a bit surprised if that had been the last I heard—but no: a very courteous young lady rang me in London from Hilton Park to see if some keys that had been found were mine (regrettably they weren't) and has promised to check any other likely key finds with me. That's service.
