GENERAL MANAGER from September 3 of London Transport's Abbey bus district is Richard Hall, following the recent retirement of Rob Wason. This district covers central London.
Mr Hall is operating manager of City of Oxford Motor Services and has wide bus engineering experience gained from the Hants and Dorset, and South Wales subsidiaries of the National Bus Company.
