Tire Editor, " THE COMMERCIAL MOTOR."
Sir :--The whole business of the Motor Cartage and Transport Company, Limited, has been purchased by Charles Websters (1899) Limited, general horse contractors, 6, Whitechapel Road, E. In all there are 18 steam motors and 23 trailers. I have made arrangements to manage the steam motor department for this company, and we are at present engaged in removing the plant and stock from Stepney to the extensive premises at Three Mills Lane, Bromley, East. The motors will be worked from there in conjunction with the large horse-cartage business. You doubtless know that Mr. Webster has for some considerable time been running petrol vans in conjunction with their very extensive Royal Mail contract. We shall remain at Stepney during next week only..—Yours faithfully, JOHN RINGER IiF,IVETT, JUN. 30, Ben Jonson Road, Stepney Green, E.,
