Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Another container operator to move into Teesside is Containerway and Roadferry Ltd. with an office at Tees Dock, Lackenby, handling Swedish and Finnish traffic. Indeed this is part of a rationalization of Containerway's operations, as, since August 10 it has ceased to use Hull as a Swedish base, though of course this port is still a focal point for its European services. Now, with the exception of "wheeled" traffic which will continue to pass through the Tor Line base at Immingham. Swedish and Finnish traffic will move through either Middlesbrough or Tilbury, a line between Birmingham and The Wash being used for demarcation.

Using Leffler Line's Friday sailing to Malmo and Gothenburg. Containerway's new Swedish operation commenced the same weekend as the withdrawal from Hull. The Finnish service commenced this Monday coinciding with the opening of a Finnish trade exhibition aboard the roll-on/roll-off vessel MV Finnpartner moored at Tower Bridge.
