mention of a fuel measuring device to ^ecord the amounts of fuel used in running guxiliery equipment. I note that further rnformation could be obtained from an American company.
Could you please inform me if this is the only source of this equipment or has the American company a subsidiary in this :ountry from whom we could obtain either Further information or one of the devices for trial?
ASo far as we know., there is no company
in the UK which has the marketing rights for this device and, as was stated at the time, you should contact Columbia Systems Co, 5805 SE Gladstone, Portland, Oregon 97206, USA.
There are several other fuel measuring devices available, the most successful in our experience being the Petrometa, made by H. Eden IEngineering), of 424 Avenue Road, Forest Gate, London E7, telephone 01-534 2786.
In fact, although this device works quite well on a petrol engine not having a fuel return and dribble system, we have had problems in trying to use it to accurately measure the amount of fuel used by a diesel.
