TN a statement issued on Tuesday, I British Road Services said they hoped that Mr. H. Rossington's health would recover sufficiently to enable him later to take up new duties with the organization. His resignation from the post of London district manager (general haulage), because of ill-health, was announced in The Commercial Motor last week.
He had been London district manager since May, 1949. Before that time he was governing director of R. and K. Transport Holdings, Ltd., A. H. Barker, Ltd., Newmans Motor Service, Ltd., and Brixton Haulage,
