A' objection by British Railways was withdrawn at the resumed hearing of an application by Mr. F. Turnbull, Wrelton, near Pickering, at Bridlington, last week (The Commercial Motor, November 14). Maj. F. S. Eastwood, Yorkshire Licensing Authority, agreed to add the condition "horses, other than racehorses, as required" to the conditions of Mr, Turnbull's B licence.
