QNLY a few weeks after the Minister of Transport confirmed the grant of a licence to Victoria Coaches (Leighon-Sea), Ltd., to operate an express service between Southend and London. Westcliff-on-Sea Motor Services, Ltd., have applied for permission to extend their summer service from Southend to London throughout the winter, and to increase the number of journeys.
The (then) Railway Executive and Westcliff-on-Sea Motor Services, Ltd, who are also controlled by the British
