THE new Transport Users' Consulta live Committee for Scotland has now been appointed, with the exception of two representatives for industry and one for local authorities. The committee will serve until April 30, 1960. Members selected are:
Sir John Banks (chairman); Mr. J. Marshall and Mr. A. C. Barr, representing agriculture; Mr. W. Mackenzie, Mr. I. F. Carnegie, Mr. H. Adamson and Mr. I. Aitchison (industry and commerce); Mr. J. Urquhart (shipping); Mr. T. B. Meikle and Mr. F. DonachY (labour); Clh. I. Chalmers Brown, Mr. F. W. Walker. the Rev. P. Craik MacQuoid, Provost G. Fraser and Provost D. Cairs (Weal authorities); Capt. Sir Lan Bolton, Mr. J. 13. Hank. Mr. I. Ness and Mr. J. Amos (transnorth Mrs. M. I. Macdonald and Miss A. McKenzie (additional appointments).
