A HALF-HEIGHT 14ft high) open-top container, designed to carry high-density cargoes like machinery, engines, steel stock, etc., has been introduced by York Trailer Co. Ltd., Corby, Northants. The new unit, available in 20, 30 and 40ft lengths, is an all-steel ISO container with a nylon-plastic tarpaulin. It is built to TIR specifications.
They will, like all steel containers built by York, be given the Alchem corrosion-inhibiting pre-treatment.
