Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN REPLY to Preston C. Allen's letter concerning the Fruehauf GLZ vehicle, I agree with the information which he gives, but this had nothing to do with the point raised in my letter printed in CM on June 13.

In this, I queried the behaviou of the second and third axles when reversing around a bend, both axles being non-steering and about ten feet apart. In the absence of an explanation for this, I must presume that my point is valid.
