Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OUR report on VBRA (Noamber 8) includes a reference transport minister Norman awler's intention to attend the olihull conference on 4 Noamber. Due to a cabinet meetig he did not in fact attend and is place was taken by his Paramentary Private Secretary ydney Chapman.

I think there is one rather imortant point which has not een mentioned and which ancerns the VBRA and its eneavour to see that members roduce the best possibld body, ork. A select committee of the BRA is meeting all the principal lassis manufacturers at regular itervals so that any problems iappertaining to the fitting of Abodies on chassis are reduced to a minimum, and that the finished product — that is chassis and body — is produced in the best possible manner for the operator.
