1-1 APPLICANTS for goods vehicle
licences or variations in the Yorkshire Traffic Area have been Warned in a special notice in the latest edition of "Applications and Decisions "-that seven days' notice must be given if they wish an application to be relisted for hearing. The notice states that adequate reasons must be given to justify such a request and, save in exceptional circumstances, failure to attend inquiries will result in the application being refused for want of prosecution.
