One of the most distinguished editors of COMMERCIAL Moron started with the journal as an editorial assistant in the technical department. Practically all the technical editors have been promoted from within the technical department.
Do these paths of promotion within the largest-circulation road transport journal in the country appeal to you?
The opportunity to become a future editor or technical editor could be yours. There is a vacancy in the technical department for a road transport engineer. The successful applicant must have practical experience of road transport; experience with a commercial vehicle manufacturer as well, although not essential, is desirable. He should have knowledge of road testing procedures for everything up to a 32-ton-gross articulated outfit and a thorough understanding of British and foreign vehicles. Preferred age group is 30/35. Previous journalistic experience not essential.
Please write, stating age, experience and present salary, to The Editorial Director, Temple Press Ltd., Bowling Green Lane, London, EC1.
