ON April 1 Sir John Maxwell, chair man of the Northern Traffic Commissioners, is to meet representatives of North Riding district councils to discuss matters relating to local bus services.
BUS SUPERINTENDENT DEAD. THE death has occurred of Mr. A. E. Lewry, who was superintendent, in the Grays (Essex) area, for the Eastern Counties Omnibus Co., Ltd. He was 43 years old.
NEW AIRCRAFT VENTURE. A NEW Dragon Moth aeroplane has
been introduced on the CardiffBristol air service, jointly run by Red and White Services, Ltd., Chepstow, and Norman Edgar, Ltd., of Bristol.
