service bus
from Willowbrook
• Full-scale production has just started at Loughborough of a new model of Willowbrook service bus, one of the attractions of which is that operators may notify desired paint scheme and seating layout as little as one week before delivery.
The bus is available in 10-metre and 11-metre forms for AEC, Bedford, Ford and Leyland chassis. Standard seating arrangements provide for 45 to 53 seats. Willowbrook has aimed at simple but cheerful interior finish and easy-to-clean exterior design. The new grille and bumper mouldings in polished aluminium surround the head and fog lamps, and the flashers at the side are flush-fitting. • The new Vulcan seat frames have a double stainless steel top rail and the upholstery is in golden brown Ambla. Semi-coach models can have a choice of three different moquettes. There are a number of other options.
Standard features include a full height partition behind the driver, twin parcels racks with a single bell press strip, and a PAYE counter.
