AA Ford Transit, Bedford CA or Austin Morris J4/Jn would all be suitable, but prices vary enormously depending upon age and condition.
You must not, of course, charge fares, otherwise the vehicle would need a public service vehicle licence. Therefore your van can be taxed similarly to a car.
