THIRTY-FIVE makes of commercialvehicle chassis will be seen at the Commercial Motor Show at Earls Court, London, which opens on September 26, This year's event will not be so international in character as the 1956 Show. On that occasion Holland, Sweden and France were represented, but will not appear this year.
Apart from the British exhibits there will be one Czechoslovak make (Motokov), two German (Goggomobil and Volkswagen) and one American (VVillys).
The following makes will be shows: A.E.C., Albion, Atkinson, Austin, Beardmore, Bedford, B.U.T., Commer, Daimler, Dennis, Dodge, E.R.F., Foden, Guy, Goggomobil, Jensen, Karrier, Leyland, Maudslay, Morris-Commercial, Morris, Motokov, Reliant, Rover, Scammell, Seddon, Smith's N.C.B., Standard, Sunbeam, Thames, Thorriycroft, Trojan, Unipower, Volkswagen and Willys.
The list of exhibitors, published on Tuesday, shows 80 manufacturers in the bodywork and trailer section, 229 in the accessory and component section, 12 in the tyre section and 50 makers of transport service equipment. In addition, there are the.usual sections for the Press, associations and service and inforniation bureaux.
