Ltd., has been changed to Triplex Holdings, Ltd. The new company will control the investments in its six subsidiaries. The original company title will now be carried by Triplex (Northern), Ltd., a company which will control the factories at King's Norton, Birmingham, Willesden and Eceleston, St. Helens.
