He was hearing an appeal by four hauliers against a grant made to Highland Haulage, Inverness, by the Scottish Deputy Licensing Authority.
Mr. J. F. A. Buchanan, for the appellants,said Highland Haulage had been allowed to replace three vehicles, • weighing a total of 9 tons unladen, by three weighing 12 tons 15 cwt.
Mr. Hull said Highland Haulage had set out clearly in a letter the points of the application. He intimated that the Tribunal's reserved judgment might be to send the case back to the Licensing Authority.
