WEST GERMAN road haulage permits were being issued as usual again this week, according to the Department of Transport.
A fresh supply of permits has been sent to the International Road Freight Office at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and the backlog of applications (see CM last week) was being cleared rapidly.
