CM and efficiency experts Freight Best Practice have joined forces to bring you a fleet of experts who will advise you on cutting costs, improving margins and maximising efficiency.
Sessions will focus on topics such as fuel efficiency, developing a culture of profitability, specifying your truck for optimal use, getting the best from your people and measuring and managing success.
The profit-boosting conference will be held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull, West Midlands, on 16 February.
