• Mrs. Barbara Castle, Minister for Employment and Productivity, on Monday reconstituted the Road Transport Industry Training Board for a further three years. This is the Board's second term of office.
Mrs. Castle has re-appointed Mr. K. C. Turner as chairman and named 24 other members. These include three new employer members: Mr. K. D. Evans, managing director, Evans and Cutler Ltd.; Mr. L. S. Payne, managing director, British Road Services; and Mr. J. M. Silbermann, managing director, Brent Group of Companies Ltd.; and one new employee member, Mr. N. Kendall, national executive committee member, National Union of Vehicle Builders. One new educational member is still to be appointed.
The fill membership of the reconstituted board is as follows:
