Three of a range of lubricant storage and dispensing units launched by Dynaflex will have applications in vehicle workshops although the primary application for the range is intended to be factory machine shops.
The Transportable Oil Dispenser 4202ES is a 50gal capacity mobile unit with handoperated rotary pump for dispensing lubricants. The tank is mounted on two fixed and two swivelling castors for easy manoeuvrability; a clock-type gauge shows the contents. Lubricant is dispensed through clear plastics hose with a nozzle which locates in the top of the tank when not in use.
There are two 40gal tanks in the Drain and Refill Unit 4203S. On the tank to take waste oil there is a semi-rotary pump for evacuation of used oil; the second tank (for clean oil) has a rotary pump. Both compartments have clock-type contents gauges and clear plastics hoses which also locate in the top of the tank when not being used. The unit has 6in. fixed and swivelling castors.
A convenient unit for handling various grades of lubricant in small quantities is the MultiCompartment Dispenser 4205ES. This mobile unit provides 15gal storage capacity for four grades and each tank is fitted with a draw-off tap and contents gauge. The unit has a shelf for the storage of cans, grease guns and measures.
