The 2005 marketplace at BOA showed that mileage was a sensitive issue with too many vehicles in poor condition. The £3,000 market was buoyant, with sales reaching £7,000 and more being variable but limited.
There was an oversupply of well-used MWB and LWB vans, while the car-sized-van market continued to be in demand: one factor critical for buyers was side loading doors. Average mileage on vehicles is creeping up thanks to the home-delivery market and internet services.
