The Northern Scotland Licensing Authority, who, as announced in The Commercial Motor last week, was to have commenced a four days' session at Kirkwall, last. Saturday, cancelled the Saturday session, following complaints that the day was unsuitable for transport operators, owing to the county livestock show being held at
