Although awrong, man was identi. fied in a case at Dundee. Sheriff Court, last week, the Sheriff held that identification was proved. A man, who pleaded not guilty to havirig •driven a lorry at a speed exceeding 20 m.p.h., was identified by a police constable who had followed him in a car. A second constable, however, identified an official from the sheriff clerk's office.
