between dock representatives, road and rail transport authorities, and others interested in shipping traffic, was made by Mr. W. Farnorth; secretary of the Road Haulage Association North Western (Eastern) area, speaking to the Oldham and Rochdale productivity committee on Monday. The country had a vast movement of traffic, he said, but there were costly delays and no proper liaison between the various elements.
