Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEW LIFE FOR NORTHERN RELIANCES N luxury coaches with Willowbrook Viking 37-seat bodies delivered to the Northern General Transport Co. Ltd. in 1959 are currently being converted into 41-seat dual-purpose vehicles. The work is being done by the company in its central workshops at Bensham.

The coaches, based on AEC Reliance 2MU3RV chassis, entered service in time for the 1959 coaching season and were withdrawn at the end of last season. A completely redesigned front end is being fitted, incorporating standard destination gears in the dome. The coach doors are being replaced by Overton electrically-operated glider doors.

A decency screen is being fitted behind the entrance and a full-height partition behind the driver's seat. Two extra double seats are being fitted, all seats being retrimmed in Firth's Monarch moquette.

The interior screens and casing panels are being trimmed in red Plaxide, and new Treadmaster gangway coverings and brown linoleum beneath the seats will complete the interior conversion.

Externally the vehicles are being painted in Northern's semi-coach livery, and the vehicles will be introduced on the company's express services following conversion.
