ON Monday, Mr. E. A. Betteley (Tarmac. Ltd.) was re-elected chairman of the Wolverhampton Area of the Traders' Road Transport Association, with Mr. G. H. Ratcliffe (Palethorpes, Ltd.) and Mr. A. Smart (Cannon (Holdings), Ltd.) as vice-chairmen. Mr. D. Taylor '(Joseph Batson, Ltd.) is honorary secretary.
