On May 24 last year checks were made On buses at Fylingdales and Broughton and analysis of fuel samples showed them to be between 25 and 100 per cent paraffin. There was evidence that Mamby had bought more than 91,000 gallons of duty free oil from 1955 onwards, went on Mr. Rawden-Smith,
