Alford (Lines) Magistrates' Court on charges relating to the use of unlicensed vehicles, Joseph Stapleton, haulage contractor, of Wainfleet, Lincs, was fined a total of £150 on 14 similar charges at Spilsby Magistrates' Court. He was fined £15 on each of two charges and £10 on each of the other 12.
