• A quarter of third-party transport users are dissatisfied with the service they receive—and nearly all of them report some problems in their relationship with distributors, according to a survey of 200 companies by the Institute of Logistics Distribution Management.
Retailers report most problems, but the situation is improving: three years ago a similar survey showed that 63% of users were dissatisfied with third-party operators.
