Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ErSINESS friends and representatives L./of the Brockhouse group from all over the country were present on Thursday of last week, when the Provost of Clydebank performed the official opening of that organization's new Clydebank works. With a touch of the operating mechanism he sent six Mather and Platt roller shutters rising dead in line to allow the crowd to enter the new building, inside which was an exhibition of the varied products of the Brockhouse factories.

The factory area covers 12 acres, with about 165,000 sq. ft. occupied, or to be occupied, by buildings, and will give employment to about 600 workers. Intended for bus bodybuilding, the plan is based on four parallel bays, each 300 ft. long, and with a 50-ft. span. The two outer bays, with extra balcony floors, provide for sub-assembly and will work into the central sections. Park Royal Vehicles, Ltd., with which company a trade agreement has been negotiated, gave advice on the planning of the Clydebank works.

Examples of the factory's own products to be seen at the opening included bodywork in progress and completed, for home and overseas, in addition to Brockhouse-Clydebank trailers and semi-trailers. Important among other exhibits was the Brockhouse-Marchant fuel-metering device, whilst further transport exhibits included the LewinOschner compressor refuse collector, the Lewin sprinkler-sweeper-collector, a Lewin collector vehicle, Brockhouse axle assemblies, caravan chassis, springs, II.-F. transport service equipment, a Lewin garage sweeper and Corgi motorcycles.

Mr. A. T. Muir, who has been in charge of Brockhouse production in Scotland since 1935, is general manager of the new factory. Mr. C. C. Bateson has been appointed public service vehicle manager for the Scottish area of the organization.
