THE HISTORIC Cambridgeshire body-builder ATT Papworth. whose distinguished record includes building bodies for Bedford's*Green Goddess' fire engines. has been taken over by a management and finance company.
The new owner of ATTisAssetGa, which specialises in fleet management forclientsincludingambulance services and fire brigades AssetCo previously worked with ATT on behalfof some of its clients The purchase price has not been revealed but AssetCo has promised to honour all existing employment contracts of the company's 300 staff.ATT's roots lie in the famous Papworth Hospital in the village of Papworth Everard.
