Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHILE I AM very disappointed that the long relationship between Auto Recoveries and Green Flag has come loan end, your article misrepresents the position (CM October 9).

At no time has Green Flag required any of its service providers to put their employees at risk — in fact quite the opposite. Over many years we have made a significant contribution to the safety aspects of the breakdown recovery industry, investing time and money working on a range of projects.

At no time has any service provider working for Green Flag been put under pressure for refusing 1% ofjobs offered. I have absolutely no idea where that figure came from.

We do expect our service providers to accept work from us.We do not chop and change our network and we have held the number of service providers at the same level to ensure good volumes throughout the year. For showing this commitment to our network we do expect the work offered to be accepted.othenvise we would not deliver our promises to our customers.

Where we believe the refusal rate is too high. we challenge service providers for improvements.

Usually we reach an improved and acceptable arrangement. Sometimes this is not possible, as has been the case with Auto Recoveries, when the company has chosen to cease working for Green Flag.
