The Iraq Petroleum Co. is planning to export 4,000,000 tons of 'oil annually from the Iraq oilfields, so soon as the pipe line to the sea has been completed, according to Thabit Abdunnoor Bey, the Iraq Government Director for Oilfields, who recently arrived in London from Baghdad on a prolonged tour of oilfields and oil-producing countries.
In conversation with Renter's correspondent, Thabit Abdunnoor Bey said that this amount would be divii1,0 among the four main groups that comprise the Iraq Petroleum Co., namely, the Anglo-Persian, the Royal Dutch Shell, the American and the French groups. He added that the object of his tour was to acquire experience that would be useful to Iraq.
