man (Carm.) Urban District Council to bus proprietors to introduce penny fares. The South Wales Transport Co., Ltd., waz the only concern which undertook to give the matter every consideration.
It was decided to present to the South Wales Commissoners a case for enforcing penny fares in the event of the proprietors continuing to decline voluntarily to make the concession.
