IN a recent. article, S.T.R. asked for readers' suggestions towards solving the problem of a C licensee as to the best method of moving 100 tons of cereals daily from the docks to a mill 30 miles away
May I_ respectfully suggest that the very best advice that S.T.R. could give to this inquirer would be that this user should call in anestablished, free-enterprise haulage concern. I am sure that those in charge of such a business would be quite willing to handle a job such as this with promptness, punctuality, precision, • and profit to both, This is the type of work entailing a fairly large and regular daily tonnage, which can be unloaded after the normal hours in vogue to-day, and a haulier should be able to plan and carry it out at an extremely econo mical rate.
