BLUE CIRCLE Industries, one of Britain's largest lorry fleet operators, has extended its interests in road haulage with a franchise to sell Leyland commercial vehicles.
The franchise will be operated by BC Trucks, a part of the Blue Circle subsidiary, Beddington Commercials.
From premises at Therapia Lane, Croydon, Surrey, BC Trucks will provide a sales and service network in the South London area covering the full range of Leyland medium and heavyweight commercial vehicles.
BC Trucks can offer contract hire/leasing to suit customers' requirements, a 24-hour recovery service, parts delivery service, and bodybuilding, tank fitting and paint spraying to customer requirements.
Computerised records control stock levels in the parts department, which has a stock capabil ity of up to E500,000 worth of parts.
Same-day delivery service can be provided to local account customers requiring parts urgently and BC Trucks also stocks the full Multipart range suitable for a wide variety of commercial vehicles.
