THE Smallbone forked extractor wedge, which is equally suitable for removing battery terminals, steering ball joints and drop arms, timing wheels, dynamo wheels and so on and for opening spring leaves, has a fork length of 3.25 in. and a gap width of 0.75 in.
Removal is effected by placing the wedge in position and giving it a light tap with a hammer.
