THOMPSON Tankers L have won a E2m order for 1 British Army of the Rhine fu tankers.
The Bilston-based su sidiary of NET-Clark Chaprru won the order for ti aluminium tankers, being bu on Foden eight-wheel chass in the face of stiff competitic and has almost completed t order.
Capacity of the tankers 5,000gal, and the vehicles a being operated at 30 tonn gvw.
Initial vehicles in the bat were subjected to heavy te and examinations to enst that they overcame structu problems encountered in her aluminium tanks some or more years ago.
