• A One Transport of Gildersome, near Leeds, has offered its 100 drivers a 2% pay increase after five months of negotiating with the TGWU.
The union is waiting to hear if the drivers will accept the deal, which was put to them after the TGWU called in ACAS (Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service) earlier this month, in a last bid to avoid balloting for industrial action.
