Nelson and Sons, Trafalgar Garage, Arneside, Westmorland, against a decision of the Northern Licensing Authority in connection with the change of a contract A licence to A licence.
Sir Hubert Hull, Tribunal president, said it would be wiser to postpone the appeal hearing until the Court of Appeal had given its decision on an appeal by Arnold Transport (Rochester), Ltd., against the Tribunal's decision in a case

The Court of Appeal's judgment is expected to be given this week.
CHEAPER TRAILERS TMPROVED production methods and
increased demand have resulted in reductions being made by Taskers of Andover (1932), Ltd., in the prices of their standard straight frame semi-trailers fitted with automatic D.S. couplings. Prices are from £40 to £100 lower, depending on the capacity of the semitrailer.
